Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Our returns policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive your order. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or not as described.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact

  • Free from damage, stains, odours, or signs of wear


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Any item returned in an unsellable condition


Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be issued, including:

  • Items showing clear signs of wear or use

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider (posting times can vary)

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only full-price items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We will provide return instructions once your request has been approved.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Returning Your Item

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for returns. Peng Identity is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
